‘Twas the Night Before Krampus…

Here is the first image in my Zombie Christmas theme, and the 19th in my self portrait zombie series. I call this one ‘Twas the Night Before Krampus… where we have a very festive zombie family decorating the tree and enjoying delightful holiday classics. It was harder than I thought to collect all the Christmas props for this shot in the middle of May! Self Portrait: Chick Flick

 Here is the 18th image in my self portrait zombie series, and the second in my Movie Theatre theme. Big thanks to The Rialto Theatre for letting me use their theatre for my project, and for all my lovely and patient models! I loved making the costumes for so many great zombies! This was definitely my most challenging shoot, as I had one hour to do everyone’s makeup, and two hours to photograph both theatre images- But we pulled it off! This finished image is a composite of six different images. I got everyone’s shocked expressions by saying movie titles to pretend they were watching… this one was Fifty Shades of Grey. The 17th image in my zombie series! Had so much fun working on this one! I loved turning our summer vacation beach house into zombie kids bedroom! I also illustrated the kids wall artwork! Self Portrait: The Sleepover

Ah, the teenage zombie sleepover. Where gossipy bad make up’d teen girls can stay up late, read trashy magazines, and share tips on how to kill the perfect man. This is the 10th image for my self portrait zombie series, and simply titled The Sleepover. For this photo, I designed the Coagulation Magazine, as well as the book I am holding Kill Him Before He Kills You. This image is a composite of three separate images.
